Zircon works closely with Singhealth Hospitals and National Centres to provide case-specific and timely information on expected procedure, duration, cost and probable outcome.After receiving initial (phone) enquiry, Zircon employees will visit patients at their residence or in hospitals in Yangon to take patients’ medical records and send them together with their specific questions. Within 48 hours, Zircon will provide patients with information coming back from Singhealth doctors. If required, Zircon can arrange to take patient blood and tissue sample for further investigation by Singhealth doctors at patients’ cost. This can in some instances reduce number of days patients need to stay in Singapore for investigation and treatment.
