Zircon has agreement with the following Hospital and National Centres from Singhealth to work as their agent in Myanmar :

- Changi General Hospital
- National Cancer Centre
- National Heart Centre
- National Eye Centre
- National Neuroscience Institute

Than graduated from Institute of Medicine 1 Yangon in 1995 and joined Myanmar subsidiary of a Multi-national Pharmaceutical company. Being part of the team that grew the subsidiary from 5 to 25 employees, Than was involved in every phase of development and expansion of the company. During that period, he obtained Diploma in Management & Administration( DMA). Currently he is still pursuing the Master of Development Studies ( MDevS) in Yangon Institute of Economics. He is one of the Co-founders of Myanmar Zircon Co.,Ltd.
